Pendahuluan remaja merupakan kelompok usia yang rentan terhadap penularan HIV/AIDS karena tingginya perilaku berisiko dan rendahnya literasi kesehatan. Data menunjukkan bahwa remaja usia 15–24 tahun menyumbang sekitar 18–21% kasus HIV di Indonesia, termasuk di Kota Palu yang menempati peringkat pertama kasus HIV/AIDS di Sulawesi Tengah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi dan kepedulian siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Palu terhadap HIV/AIDS. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan simulasi (role play), yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 9 Maret 2023 dengan jumlah peserta 27 orang. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur perubahan pengetahuan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor pengetahuan dari 67,4±19,3 menjadi 97,0±9,1, dengan nilai p=0,000 yang menandakan pengaruh signifikan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah intervensi sosialisasi HIV/AIDS efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Palu. Saran yang diberikan adalah perlunya sosialisasi periodik dan berkelanjutan pada seluruh jenjang kelas, serta pembentukan duta HIV/AIDS untuk mempertahankan kepedulian siswa terhadap pencegahan HIV/AIDS.
